Happy Birthday, America!

On July 4, 1776 our forefathers founded the land of the free and the home of the brave. In the 242 years since then, America has grown and changed but in many ways remains the same.

We are no longer a newly independent nation, but we still fiercely protect and value our rights and freedom from oppression.

Did you know there were 86 revisions made to Thomas Jefferson’s original draft of the Declaration of Independence?

Those changes resulted in the Declaration of Independence being shortened by one fourth of the original length. Wonder who was responsible for collecting all the trash from those revisions?
